Colours & Finishes

Panels are available in a range of vinyl laminates (pastels and wood grains), real timber veneers and also in MDF for the customer to paint. The windows door is only available in white with translucent acrylic inserts. View colour chart.

Acoustics

Timberline doors will eliminate all visual distraction and also help reduce the sound between rooms. However if proper sound reduction is required, contact your State Distributor who can provide details on acoustic accordion doors and operable walls.

Lotus Vinylcloth and Fabric Doors

Lotus can offer a wide range of inexpensive vinylcloth doors in a selection of 20 colours and in heights up to 3.0m.

Measuring and Ordering

All Timberline folding doors are made to measure. Ensure doorstops are removed prior to measuring. Accurately measure the size of the doorway opening to the nearest millimetre. Height should be from underside of head to top of floor covering and width should be at the top where the track goes from jamb to jamb. The factory will allow for all track & floor clearances. For wide doors, measure the height at both sides and at intervals across the opening and take the shortest measurement. To order, specify dimensions, door type (see above), door layout (eg. single, biparting pair, double endpost), surface material/colour and any extras (e.g. keylock).

Installation

1. Do it yourself - Easy installation fro the average handyman. Lotus doors come with instructions and all track & fittings. Only simple tools are needed. To view the instructions click here (256kB PDF).
